360° feedback
As per AICTE resolution, an implementation of 360° feedback system is necessary and mandatory for teaching faculty of government and Grant-in-Aid degree/diploma engineering colleges. 360 degree feedback is a system to judge and enhance the performance of the faculty of all the Institutes.
